Peri is a successful student-athelete and sports writer at Browns University in Providence, USA. She approached us after seeing our work online and wanted us to create a character animation for her website.
We had an initial video call with Peri, so she could get to meet us and we could get the full measure of what she wanted. Peri is a talented tennis player and rising star and we wanted to get across her infectious energy and drive.
We sent her initial sketches to get her feedback and take her through what would be involved in the animation process.
We determined that it would be best to give her both a looping video that she could use on social media and a GIF for her website. We also provided high resolution stills that were to form part of the props for a proffessional shoot by the photographer Keith Barraclough.
